John Updikes A&P Bathing Beauties John Updikes A&P is a short point about a 19 year old discussion during the 1960s that has a summer job at the local anaesthetic A&P grocery. The main lineament in the story, Sammy, realizes that life isnt eternally fair and that sometimes a person makes decisions that he will regret. Sammy sees that life doesnt always go as planned when three four-year-old lady friends in bathing suits walk in and his manager Lengel gives them a saturated time, and he comes to term with that sometimes you make deplorable decisions.
