Thus, the study concludes that the level of self-esteem of a persons failures or successes in relationships. It further points out the probability th at those with high self-esteem are liable to more successful in their relationships, romantic or otherwise.The study, however, does point out that since there is a difference between self-esteem and self-confidence, therefore, it is not easy, if indeed possible, to gauge a persons self-esteem. People may be completely self-confident about their abilities, for instance, but this does not relate to their aesthesis of themselves how they view themselves to be in their own mind.This study is a clear indication that those who are obtain in themselves and hold themselves in higher esteem, in their own eyes, are liable to be more secure with regard to others and their own relationship with them. Those with low self-esteem, due to their own lack of self worth, puke their insecurities on to their relationships and, therefore, swing widely in their opinion regarding those close to them.
